The Desk
Every lead answered.
Every job remembered.
A new lead comes in. The Desk answers it, drafts the quote, books the job, follows up, and remembers the customer next time. It runs on your business's own memory and uses your words: job, quote, call, customer.
It starts as drafts you approve on your phone. It runs alone only when you say so.
- Week 1It writes drafts. Nothing goes out.
- Weeks 2–3You approve each one from your phone.
- After thatIt runs alone on low-risk replies. You still see every quote.

The deal
If it doesn't run, you don't pay.
One trade at a time. Five operators in the first group.
No Desk is running yet. You would be one of the first five, and the first one is written up as it runs, week by week, at thecontinuitylayer.com/ladder/the-desk.
One rule. Never give an AI your passwords, bank logins, card numbers or government ID numbers. The Desk never asks for them.
